Dr. Kumar Venkat, a native of India, graduated from the University of Illinois, where he also completed his internship and residency. He completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center. Dr. Venkat is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is well trained in upper and lower GI procedures, including ERCP and esophageal motility.
